Routine is setting in finally. Work out Monday thru Friday. Rest Saturday and Sunday.

Challenge was getting up this morning. As I mentioned my secret weapon came in finally. First use in over 10 years was yesterday afternoon.

I did barely 15 minutes and accordingly my heart rate hit over 180. Ended up doing another 10 minutes of cool down to let my heart come down slow. Now that’s cardio!

The secret weapon of course is my kettle bell. I used it a lot at Ft. Lewis and loved it as well as the results. I am having to work my way in to it however, as I really have let myself go. The good news of the day is Rx-2 told me I was down to 256 from 258 this morning.

Game on.
